Challenge

Low engagement: sustainable habits are difficult to maintain without visible progress and motivation. Invisible impact: users need a simple way to understand and measure their personal environmental contribution. Lack of rewards: positive daily actions often provide no tangible value or immediate feedback. Fragmented tracking: goals, progress, and achievements need to be brought together in one intuitive space.

Solution

Gamified experience: daily missions, resources, rewards, and leaderboards encourage consistent engagement. Personal eco index: a clear view of environmental progress and performance trends. Resource economy: users can earn energy, water, and other resources, then exchange them for KFT. Unified mobile platform: profile, balances, missions, conversion, and achievements are available in one interface.
